User support

Notice: Communication with the employees of PostSignum QCA is realized in the Czech language. Questions in English are to be sent by e-mail to the address of project manager or webmaster.

Service persons of business and contact places

Employees of business and contact places will help you with the procedures of making a contract on the provision of certification services. Employees of contact places issue certificates to the applicants. They also revoke the certificates upon the request sent by applicants and authorized persons.

Electronic registry PostSignum

Site that receives and handles the electronic requests for the issuing of subsequent certificate.

User support

User support is able to help you with technical problems (key and certificate request generation, import of certificates and keys into the most widely used applications).
This user support doesn't provide the support for public administration that applies to the Czech POINT project.

QCA Center

The office accepts the certificate revocation requests from the authorized persons.
