Step 1: Making a contract with the Czech Post
Visit to the office of the Czech Post
Come to the contact place of the Czech Post and bring these documents:- two printed orders (see the Preparation of documents wizard)
- prepared client form (see the Preparation of documents wizard)
- generated certificate request on the USB flash memory (see the Key generation wizard)

two personal documents; in case of non-Czech citizens:
primary document: passport issued by home country, foreign passport, traveling identity card or stay permit issued by Czech authority (citizens of selected European states can also submit an identity card issued by home country as primary document)secondary document: passport issued by home country, foreign passport, traveling identity card, stay permit issued by Czech authority or driving license of the European Union (citizens of any country can also submit an identity card issued by home country as secondary document)Required documents in case of Czech citizens...identity card or passport as the primary document and one of these documents as secondary document - identity card, passport, driving license, ZTP card or certificate of birth
One document cannot be used as primary and secondary document at the same time.

Order acceptance by the Czech Post
The employee of the Czech Post checks the submitted orders. If these are correct, the contract is made.Client form acceptance by the Czech Post
The employee of the Czech Post checks the client form. If it is correct, you will sign the client form. The data in the client form are entered into the system.From that time on the certificate can be issued to you.
